At Silvona Jewel, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear product images

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used products
  • Customized jewelry
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only for damaged or defective products subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
