All jewelry items listed are subject to availability.

Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee your device’s display reflects the true product color.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Silvona Jewel reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to availability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

4. Payments

We accept secure payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other options available at checkout.

All transactions are encrypted and securely processed through our payment gateway providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners like Shiprocket.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping delays due to external factors (weather, logistics issues, etc.) are not our responsibility.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and undamaged items.

Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

Exchanges will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality check.
