At Silvona Jewel, we aim to deliver handcrafted elegance and timeless silver jewelry that you’ll cherish. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth return process — worldwide.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition with tags and packaging intact

Accompanied by the original invoice, certificate (if any), and any free gifts received

Non-returnable items:

Customized or engraved jewelry

Items purchased during flash sales, clearance, or special promotions (unless damaged or incorrect)

 

Return Process (India & International Orders)

🛍️ Step 1: Initiate a Return Request

Email us at support@silvonajewel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

Your Order ID

Reason for return

Photos (for damage or incorrect product)

🚚 Step 2: Return Shipping

India: We offer free reverse pickup for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For other reasons, return shipping is to be arranged by the customer.

International: Customers must arrange their own return shipping and are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using trackable and insured courier services for returns, especially for international customers.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

For international orders, original shipping, customs, and duties (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order separately.

Important Notes

Refunds may be withheld or partial if the returned item does not meet our return criteria.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, especially for international parcels.

Duties or taxes paid to customs during import (if any) are not refunded by us. Please contact your local customs office.
